Job Duties:
· Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates.
· Responsible for sourcing, screening applicants.
· Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
· Use multiple sourcing channels like internal databases, job boards , head- hunting, Social Media and Networking.
· Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring
· Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates.
· Maintain and develop internal databases.
· Contribute to other activities including market research and Brand building.
Expectations on the Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience..
· Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
· Strong sourcing skills and working in job portals, X-ray search and Boolean search
· Good verbal and written communication.
Location : Chennai & Coimbatore
Experience : 1 yr & above
Salary : Based on the current commercials
