Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
2. Minimum 2 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
3. Strong sourcing skills and working in job portals like Naukri, Monster, etc,
4. Knowledge in social media sourcing.
5. Hands on in any ATS is an added advantage
6. Good verbal and written communication.
