The Account Manager (AM) team is focused on bringing efficiencies and leading practices to Mazenet’s most important clients. Organized by industries, the AM professionals assist in strengthening relationships and expanding services to clients. The team generates strategic industry, cross-sector, and company level insights to address client issues. In addition, the AM professionals drive account management efficiencies such that the internal leaders can win work and create more value for the clients.

Roles & Responsibility:- •

The main purpose of the position is too responsible for Business Development, Client Engagement, and Execution.

• Develop and share requirement forecast periodically; Identify market requirement, plan strategically reach out market and share technology forecast to Talent management team.

 • Partner with senior stakeholders within Client organizations in determining and anticipating their training requirements.

• Penetrate new business and implement new ideas for improving the training process and outcomes

• Maintaining profitable relationship with new and existing customers • Define sales target, track performance, and revise strategy to deliver on goals

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Requisite core skills:

• Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed clients' expectations

• Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial skills to thrive in a meritocratic environment.

 • Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload independently and multiple priorities simultaneously.
