Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for Business Development, Client Engagement, and Execution

·         Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement

·         Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

·         Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

·         Researching organizations to find new opportunities.

·         Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

·         Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

·         Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

·         Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

·         Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

·         Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

·         Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Skills and Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree.

            .        2+ years Experience in Recruitment

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

·         Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

·         Proven ability to plan and manage resource
